A Little Could Mean So Much

I grew up learning how to socialize with those around me, i was taught to always smile at people when i see them, i was taught to always say “hi” and not just walk pass people. I was taught to always be nice to everyone around me. With all of these, i ask myself – what would be the effect of other people’s action towards you. I realize that whenever i smile at someone with the whole of my heart and i don’t get it back from that person, i feel somehow unaccepted.

At some point in my life, i decided to stop being nice to people as i was getting it back from the same people. The truth is –  two wrongs can never make a right. Someone’s day can be brightened up with just a smile, but think about this…what about a little gift?
